Day 2

Feeling so good!

2 miles today and 5 minutes of rowing (working on building this). Rowing is serious!

I am staying on the nutritional program 100% I am doing it! I don't have any urge to go off of it either. I am so satisfied and and eating every couple hours keeps my blood sugar in check so I binge eat either.

I have to say that the two biggest things that stand out in my mind right now is 1) My mental clarity and energy level. 2) I am not sore after working out, and I usually am. My muscles feel worked but I don't have the delayed muscle soreness like I usually do.

If you haven't looked already at the nutritional makeup of Isagenix, you should! No chemicals, no artificial anything, no fillers, only pure concentrated nutrition. WOW

Also, I have been trying to catch up with my mile long 'TO DO' list and I feel like I will be able to take a nice deep breath at the end of the week. I am chopping away at it, slowly and surely.

As soon as that list is finished I can start on my other list.

AHHHH, love feeling good again and being on a path that I know I will reach many goals with!

Isagenix Day 1

Today was my first day on the Isagenix nutrition program.

I must admit I am not feeling hungry at all. I feel great actually! I don't feel as sore as I usually do either.

I did a 3 mile jog. I tried to get to the gym again tonight but that didn't workout. Try again tomorrow to go twice a day. I am really dedicated to this program for 16 weeks. Including vigorous workouts. I am dedicated to my running program and getting a half marathon under my belt this year.

I am in love with a few of the products so far. The Slim Cakes are like this oatmeal goodness that you just devour. The Ionix Supreme is this nutrient boost that just cleared my mind of all the fuzz. It was seriously transforming! I mean today I haven't had as much clarity of mind since before my children. Even my writing is better, have you noticed?! It's INCREDIBLE! You hear people talk about these things but until you experience them for yourself you have no real idea. I also know that everyone is different, but for me I am extremely sensitive and notice very little changes in my body.

STARTING WEIGHT: 209 (yep I gained 9lbs since Jeff got home and my clothes can tell!)

Photos and stats to come!

2012 Hopes and Dreams

Here is what I hope to achieve in this next year.

*Start school-Signed up to start on my Bachelors of Business in March through Campbell University :)
*Finish my Personal Training Certificate-Finish this by end of January
*Bring in income to add to our family income
*Pay off all Debt, including car (this is a stretch and will take alot of dedication)
*Decrease body fat to 20-23% (more on this later, good plan)
*Get Spin Certified (this one I am really excited about and hope to do it in the summer, I LOVE SPIN)

I am not living up to my full potential and it is time to take charge of my life and quit making excuses. It is time to look for the opportunities that God gives me everyday and so what if they aren't EXACTLY what I want! Take school for example I have made many excuses and it wasn't the right time for a long time, but now I know that it is the right time and I am changing my vision to go with the opportunity that is knocking. FREE degree, how can I pass that up AND the classes are on base. It's like God needed to slap me in the face and say 'see this is why I have made you wait'.

I am looking into a great business opportunity and if it pans out, you will be hearing all about it and I hope that I can help some of you.

Since my hubby has come home from deployment I haven't looked at my personal training information. So as soon as we get back from vacation, which I'm on currently, I will finish it up, get CPR certified, and get that turned in.

Debt sucks! When we get it paid off, I don't ever want to go back, it's like being overweight!!!

I will be a workout fool this year. I am doing many races this year with a couple of half marathons planned. I really really love spinning and have started creating my own routines and I love it! So I want to get certified so I can actually teach to others, although when I go in and do my spinning I may start to invite friends to join me and have an unofficial class.

This is going to be a great year. Full of challenges I"m sure!!! Life is always full of curves and challenges.

Make each day your own by decided what kind of attitude you will have at the beginning of the day, but if you find yourself in the middle of your day with a bad attitude, it is never to late to change!!! MAKE THE CHANGE.

Coming to a Close

My goal for 2011 was to survive and stay sane during my husbands deployment and lose weight, of course.

I did it! I survived! The kids survived! I did lose weight, but not all of it. Weight will always be an issue for me, this I now know. I am much stronger, enjoy myself at my current size, and work hard to get better each day, with minor setbacks of course. Life isn't perfect, and neither am I, but as my husband says I will always try to be, and I know that to be true. I do work hard to be perfect everyday.

I am grateful for my therapist who has helped me learn how to love and enjoy myself for who I am. To help me love the life I have and really really help me see just how blessed I am.

For 2012 I do have some very exciting things planned but I am preparing to go on a much needed vacation with my family, the big post deployment celebration to Florida!!! Fishing, Sea World, and family time!!!! What more could a girl want? NOTHING!

I love my dear internet friends! You are near and dear to me! I love my far away friends who keep up with my madness through this blog!!! You are near and dear to me as well!! I love my family and mostly I love myself. I stand up for myself, I am finding gumption, my voice, my courage, ME.

My next post should be my big news for 2012 ;)

Consistency is Key

Want results-Consistency
Want to keep that happy high-Consistency
Want to make new habits- Consistency
Want to meet goals- Consistency

See where I am going with all this. It takes consistency. Pushing through the times you just don't want to! This goes for anything! Working out, eating right, building a business, strengthening your mental ability, working on a new skill, to achieve these things you need consistency.

My life over the last week has come back to a happy normal. I have been able to control myself because my emotions are much more in check then they have been in like a year or more. I am older, wiser (I hope), and I know I am much stronger! I am enjoying my workouts and kicking my butt each and every day. I know I still have so much to learn and I am very eager about that. 2011 has been a very great year! I am taking advantage of every last moment it has to give me!

I will be ending the year with stats, pictures, and a very excited outlook towards 2012! This next year holds so many exciting things. I am not ready to tell just yet, but let me just say I have been very busy ;) Next year I will be double as busy!

29 Days left lovelies! Kill it!!!!
