Daily Blogging

Is HARD! I am so busy lately and so I'm sorry I am not here daily giving you all the dirty dish on the routine.

I did take pictures today. I am trying to figure out how to put them side by side.

This past week I had way to many cheat meals. I am suppose to limit myself to one a week and that was not the case this past week. Also my water intake was low on most days. I am ready to take on this week with focus and keep up my weight loss. I lost .8 lb last week. Making my weight an even 203.

I know it is really hard to notice the changes with these pictures. I will do my best to start getting better shots. I may recruit a friend to do them or something.

Busy and Feeling so GREAT!

Energy levels are through the roof, and productivity is still up like 1000%. Hubby noticed the difference and has requested to do the 9 day cleanse, very excited for him! I know he will feel the difference right away too.

Four different church friends noticed the change in me yesterday at church. How awesome that was to get people noticing in only 2 weeks! I know I need to update my photos, I promise week 3 beginning photo will be tomorrow!

Today is a cleanse day and I know my body needs it. I woke up today so excited for a cleanse day and to get this sluggish gunk out of me from over eating on date night. It's amazes me how in tune with the body you can become and know exactly why you feel bad, or good for that matter.

I did 4 miles on the treadmill this morning. My race is 12 days away and I know I am not as prepared as I want to be, but the race is paid for and I am still going to do it! I am really excited to do it actually. My first race to my running future. I have really exciting dreams about the future and with Isagenix. If you have ever wanted to work for yourself and be able to promote a brand that you can trust, stand behind, and know it works, let's talk! You have nothing to lose, but stress, excess weight, and gain all the confidence you could imagine.

30 satisfaction guaranteed, but mostly I know you will love this system just as much as I do!

Nail Biting

I have bitten my nails my whole life. And I bite them way down! Very ugly, and unhealthy. I know this but I can't stop the habit. I have tried many many things and still I do it. I bite them so bad that I currently have two fingers without nails, ewe! right?! What's my point? My nails have become so strong and hard the past couple days I CAN'T bite them! I know it is because I am finally getting all the nutrients I need. Just one more side effect of Isagenix.

It's so funny because when you read about people's success and things that change for them I always am skeptical and doubt how much of it is actually true. Now that I am experiencing these things for myself, I am more and more grateful that I did my research and took a chance on a dear friend and a great product.

I am only 10 days, 11 days today into this program and I am already seeing these amazing side effects. WOW.

Just one more reason to join me, are you ready?!

Email me if you have questions, but it is that easy. Make a positive change in your life and go for it!!!

Here's to our health!!

Day 9 Isagenix

Yesterday was day 9 on my 30 day system of Isagenix.

The program is going really well for me and I really love the shakes! I am finding that it is so easy to mix my shake up, throw it in a cup, and then go run my errands in the morning. I love how filling and portable it is. Plus not feeling any cravings, and knowing I am getting all the nutrients I need is nice! I love my lunches, a huge green salad with fish or chicken and a side of cottage cheese, mmmmm.

I still can't get over how fast I am recovering from my workouts and runs! Truly it blows my mind to wake up the next day and NOT be sore. If you are dealing with this, you need Isagenix. Try it out. The company does have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. Isagenix is a whole health nutrition and is not just for weight loss. If you have weight to lose you will lose it, otherwise you will just feel refreshed and full of energy, without any substances, purely organic real food.

Isagenix is all about removing toxins from our body. This process lowers our stress levels, who doesn't need that?! Everyone needs this! I am so happy that I have found these products and a company dedicated to keep its integrity.

My running is going well. I have my 3 mile down to 37 minutes. I need to get it to 30 minutes. My first run is February 11, and it is 4 miles. I am hoping to do it under 1 hour. I am going to keep training and maybe even get it under 50 minutes, that would be cool for me. This is my first race, so really the goal is just to finish :)

I was almost hit a couple of days ago running in the neighborhood, and it made me so grateful that I have my legs. If I would have been hit I most likely would have broken my legs and my back, it was an suv and his hood of his car came up to my mid back. He came close enough and didn't see me until I hit the hood of his car with my hand. It was very scary! Stupid teenager, didn't stop at the stop sign and texting while turning!!! These teenagers and driving in this town is so very very scary. Everyday I worry about an accident. Anyhow, I will be sticking to the trails from now on and no more road running for this girl :(

What do you Eat?

You may be wondering what it is I am doing with this Isagenix and eating and how it is all working for me. It looks a little like this
7 a.m. Ionix Supreme (this is manna from Heaven! I will never go a day without this again!!!)
8 a.m. Workout
9 a.m. IsaLean shake with frozen berries
11 a.m. snack if hungry
12:30 lunch- usually large green salad with whatever veggies I have, boiled egg, baked chicken, and a side of cottage cheese or yogurt.
2:30-3 snack (apple, or these amazing slimcakes from Isagenix. They are basically oatmeal, protein cookie, seriously I am in love with them!)
5 or 6- dinner IsaLean shake with almond milk, frozen berries, and half frozen banana
8-fruit or raw veggies if hungry

I am drinking TONS of water! More than half my body weight in ounces of water. I have said this a bunch but water is a major function of weight loss!

So that is what most my days look like the past 7 days. I will do a detailed cleanse day report next cleanse day, so next Monday.

Pin Up Fun

Jenny McCarthy - Pin Up
Love this shot of Jenny McCarthy Pin up style. I am so doing this!

Surfing

surfing!
This is what I look forward to doing this summer! I will learn to surf and finally become a beach bum like I always dreamed ;)

7 Days Completed with Isagenix

I have completed my first seven days with Isagenix with a few hiccups, of course. Even with the pizza eating, and eating out date night. I lost 6 lbs!

Start weight 209
Today's weight 203!

Those of you who know me, know that this doesn't happen for me!!! I NEVER lose weight like this. I am so pumped for this next week on the program and can't wait to be in my size 14 pants by the end of my 30 days. I really do think it is possible now.

I have been feeling so good. Clear head, clear thoughts. Full sentences come out of my mouth when I talk to people. I feel like a complete me again. No more child brainwashed, mommy brain. I am a fully functioning adult, lol.

I have very sick kids this week, so my running is off a little, but I plan on attacking it full blast as soon as possible. My first race is February 11, a 4 mile all-terrain. It will be tough and I want to do well.

This is why I run

I found this on Pinterest ( I love that stinking site!) But it means so much to me. That quote is the reason I wanted to become a runner. Those words also mean so much more on so many levels. God gave us everything we need inside, we just have to believe in him and ourselves and the world is ours!! I am trying to remember this as I plan my dreams for the year.

I am so happy! I am happy with me. I am getting to a place where I am happy with other things too, but that is a work in progress, and not for this blog, to personal.

Life isn't perfect, it never will be, that is the challenge in it. BUT EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS ALREADY INSIDE, and know that GOD IS ALWAYS WITH YOU!

Be well my friends and have courage in yourself-go for your dreams!

Birthday Wish List

Just to name a few things I dream about.

Day 6

My day six was yesterday. I did well until dinner time and then my husband ordered pizza for dinner. I was in the kitchen going to make my shake and he just kept pushing and pushing for me to just eat one piece. It was hard to resist. Really hard, and I eventually gave in and had TWO pieces.

Pizza is so good and then to have someone pushing you to just eat a piece. ANYWAY. I know that this is real life and this will happen but I am mostly upset that I continue to get sabotaged from the person I am closest to. It is as if he isn't supporting me through this journey. I need supportive people helping me and pushing me and challenging me to be better. He likes to criticize me and then sabotage me. WTF???

So this is what I now know. During the week it will be easiest for me to stay on track. The weekend will be hard. I need to be super busy on the weekends to keep myself from failing and also allow myself one meal once a week where I don't stress. I need to save this meal for the time that I do slip up. I don't want to say I have a free meal and then use it early in my week and then have another free meal. I want to succeed this time. I want this so bad. I am ready for the change in my body and a healthier me. I have been talking about it far to long and really want results to reflect how I feel inside.

Day 3, 4, and beginning of 5

Day three finished strong and amazing. The day just got better and better. I finished a mile long list of things to do and also withstood temptation at a social function full of sugary, homemade snacks.

Day four started strong and then I ate out for lunch and dinner. I made smart choices and feel that I didn't go over my calories to much but I do feel like I over ate a bit much. I am feeling it today.

Day five is today and I am happy to be back on track! Still feeling pretty amazing and full of energy. I am getting a cold, but my body is fighting it pretty well. Usually I am down for the count when I get a cold. Very excited that I am fully functioning and even working out with this cold. I can see myself shrinking already and my clothes are fitting better. Hoping that at the end of this 30 days I can be in a size smaller. That is my goal. I am working out hard, I mean sweat pouring everywhere hard.

I love that I can make a list of things to do and I'm not running out of energy to do them and at night I don't feel exhausted.

I didn't take a picture on day one. I am going to do it today, but it won't be a true before picture. It will be ok because 6 months from now it will be a big difference but I won't be able to capture the first week of changes like I wanted to. OH WELL. Life isn't perfect and that's alright by me.

I'm off to get my list done!

Happy Healthy Life!!! Get yours started today!!!

Day 3 Beginning

I have to post because of the way I am feeling!

I woke up this morning, not groggy. I am usually not a morning person AT ALL, but today my body woke up at 5:30 a.m. and I was AWAKE, fully rested. I laid in bed until 6:30 because that is old habit, but now that I am awake and workout in I realize that the reason I don't feel groggy is because of the super nutrients I am getting.

The food I am eating is organic and clean. Romaine and spinach salad with free range chicken and organic cottage cheese. With a side of organic brown rice. That has been my usual lunch. Breakfast and Dinner are the IsaLean shakes (which the flavor is pretty good, really good). I currently love adding in organic frozen strawberries to my morning shake. It makes it so incredibly yummy.

I am taking in half my weight in ounce of purified water everyday, most times it is more than that.

I just finished a 3 mile jog on the treadmill and I'm not wiped out. In fact I feel totally ready to take on my day and get a million things done on my to do list.

I'm telling you I haven't felt this good in a very very long time. I can't even remember if I have ever felt this good. I can feel my body releasing toxins that I have been storing for a long time. It is a feeling that I could go blue talking about, but until you experience it for yourself, you really have no idea. IT IS AMAZING!

I can't wait to see how much better I can feel!

Day 2

Feeling so good!

2 miles today and 5 minutes of rowing (working on building this). Rowing is serious!

I am staying on the nutritional program 100% I am doing it! I don't have any urge to go off of it either. I am so satisfied and and eating every couple hours keeps my blood sugar in check so I binge eat either.

I have to say that the two biggest things that stand out in my mind right now is 1) My mental clarity and energy level. 2) I am not sore after working out, and I usually am. My muscles feel worked but I don't have the delayed muscle soreness like I usually do.

If you haven't looked already at the nutritional makeup of Isagenix, you should! No chemicals, no artificial anything, no fillers, only pure concentrated nutrition. WOW

Also, I have been trying to catch up with my mile long 'TO DO' list and I feel like I will be able to take a nice deep breath at the end of the week. I am chopping away at it, slowly and surely.

As soon as that list is finished I can start on my other list.

AHHHH, love feeling good again and being on a path that I know I will reach many goals with!

Isagenix Day 1

Today was my first day on the Isagenix nutrition program.

I must admit I am not feeling hungry at all. I feel great actually! I don't feel as sore as I usually do either.

I did a 3 mile jog. I tried to get to the gym again tonight but that didn't workout. Try again tomorrow to go twice a day. I am really dedicated to this program for 16 weeks. Including vigorous workouts. I am dedicated to my running program and getting a half marathon under my belt this year.

I am in love with a few of the products so far. The Slim Cakes are like this oatmeal goodness that you just devour. The Ionix Supreme is this nutrient boost that just cleared my mind of all the fuzz. It was seriously transforming! I mean today I haven't had as much clarity of mind since before my children. Even my writing is better, have you noticed?! It's INCREDIBLE! You hear people talk about these things but until you experience them for yourself you have no real idea. I also know that everyone is different, but for me I am extremely sensitive and notice very little changes in my body.

STARTING WEIGHT: 209 (yep I gained 9lbs since Jeff got home and my clothes can tell!)

Photos and stats to come!

2012 Hopes and Dreams

Here is what I hope to achieve in this next year.

*Start school-Signed up to start on my Bachelors of Business in March through Campbell University :)
*Finish my Personal Training Certificate-Finish this by end of January
*Bring in income to add to our family income
*Pay off all Debt, including car (this is a stretch and will take alot of dedication)
*Decrease body fat to 20-23% (more on this later, good plan)
*Get Spin Certified (this one I am really excited about and hope to do it in the summer, I LOVE SPIN)

I am not living up to my full potential and it is time to take charge of my life and quit making excuses. It is time to look for the opportunities that God gives me everyday and so what if they aren't EXACTLY what I want! Take school for example I have made many excuses and it wasn't the right time for a long time, but now I know that it is the right time and I am changing my vision to go with the opportunity that is knocking. FREE degree, how can I pass that up AND the classes are on base. It's like God needed to slap me in the face and say 'see this is why I have made you wait'.

I am looking into a great business opportunity and if it pans out, you will be hearing all about it and I hope that I can help some of you.

Since my hubby has come home from deployment I haven't looked at my personal training information. So as soon as we get back from vacation, which I'm on currently, I will finish it up, get CPR certified, and get that turned in.

Debt sucks! When we get it paid off, I don't ever want to go back, it's like being overweight!!!

I will be a workout fool this year. I am doing many races this year with a couple of half marathons planned. I really really love spinning and have started creating my own routines and I love it! So I want to get certified so I can actually teach to others, although when I go in and do my spinning I may start to invite friends to join me and have an unofficial class.

This is going to be a great year. Full of challenges I"m sure!!! Life is always full of curves and challenges.

Make each day your own by decided what kind of attitude you will have at the beginning of the day, but if you find yourself in the middle of your day with a bad attitude, it is never to late to change!!! MAKE THE CHANGE.
